Marketing Tool Kit

The marketing kit is available as soon as the listing is delivered. It’s fully accessible and free—you just need to log in to your account and access the marketing kit from there. 

It has brochures, flyers, social media tiles, and other promotional materials.

Once you open the Property Website Editor, you’ll see the Marketing Content button.

Once you are signed in, look at the navigation bar located at the top of the page.

2. Click on Listings

Find the Listing you would like to create marketing content for

You can also search from the search bar on the page

4. Click on Open Marketing Toolkit Icon

Find the type of content you would like to create and click on the preview image

Scroll down the page to find:

  1. Flyers (Front & Back Designs)
  2. Postcards
  3. Social Media Templates
  4. Reel Orientation Social Media Templates

Click on the template you would like to build

The template will open and will pre-fill with your information and media

Now, click on the design to change the element.

  1. Click on any photo to change
  2. Click any text box to adjust the text and also the text color
  3. The large blank area is formatted for your property description. Click and paste your write-up about the property
  4. Optional - Agent Logo: If you have a separate logo from your company, you can upload it here. If you do not have an agent logo, leave this blank, and in the final download, we will remove the logo placeholder

Click an Image

Once you click an image, you will see available images on the right panel. These are based on the images delivered for the listing. To see all photos for this listing, click the "eye" icon.

All of the Media will now show. Click the image you wish to add to the flyer

Click on Apply to insert this image

Click any Text Field

Modify the text in the right panel to update the flyer

To change the color of the text

  1. Click the color palette
  2. Click and drag your mouse to select your desired color
  1. Alternatively, you can use HEX or RGB values
  1. As you click in the color picker palette, you will visually see this update on the design
  2. When you have your desired color, click off the screen to remove the color picker palette

(Optional) If you want to change the filename of your design click the pencil icon at the top of the page by "Template Name"

 

When Complete, Click Save Changes. Then you can "Download" your design

Alternatively, after saving you can share your design to popular social channels
