Logging In & Placing an Order
- Please visit our website by clicking Sign-in on our main page, or you can copy and paste this link: Order.dynamicmediasolutions.com.
- If you are a new customer, click Create Account, and fill out the fields.


- If you are an existing customer, please click on "I have an account." To sign in, you can choose either "Login via SMS" or "Login via Email."
- After entering your cell phone number or email address, you will receive a PIN that you can use to sign in.


Enter your verification pin from your text message or email, then click on "Verify Pin."
You will be signed in right away and can browse the different packages we offer.


Once you select your package and service, you can proceed. It will take you to the Listing Details area. You will need to complete the necessary fields.
In addition, you have the option to Add attachments, such as surveys, maps, or floor plans.


Once you complete the fields, click Next. You will be taken to the Additional Services area. You will be able to add la carte service items to your order. You can add as many services as you like. Click the dot or circle to add the service item. You will see a check mark.


Click Next, and then you will be taken to the Contact Info. The top portion, Agent Information, will be prepopulated because you already have an account.
You can fill out the section at the bottom, labeled Appointment Communication Management. To add the Homeowner or Property Manager, click Add Homeowner/Property Manager. They will receive all updates related to the photography, along with a preparation checklist to get the home photo ready, except for the order price.
If you are co-listing with an agent, click Add Co-Agent/Team member.


Click Next, and then you will be taken to Additional Questions. The additional question is related to Community/Amenity/Beach Photos.


Click Next, and then you will be taken to the Schedule Appointment area. You will need to select your Entry Method. Then, you will be able to add any comments and Schedule Your Appointment. You will be given three time slots. If they do not work, then select Let me see all options.


Click Next, and then you will be able to view all the order details within the Order Confirmation and Order Overview.
If you agree, please check the box labeled "Agree to Terms and Conditions." If you have a coupon or referral code, then please check the box. “I have a coupon or referral code,” and type in the code. Once complete, click Submit Order.


After clicking the Submit Order button, you will see the following pop-up. Click Close


Then once you click Close, you will see the following:
