General Overview and FAQ
You will sign into your account, click Listings, and then you will view various features.


Listings: You will be able to view both old and new listings.
Invoices: You will be able to view pending and paid invoices. You can pay your invoices here as well. In our system, you will need to pay before downloading the media assets, unless your brokerage has an agreement with us; in that case, billing is handled directly with them.
*If you want your brokerage to set up a billing account with us, then please have them contact us at Admin@DynamicMediaSolutions.com or 631-923-1464.
Personal Settings: Click on your name in the corner of the site, then select Settings. You will be able to update your personal profile information.

Account Managers & Contacts
Grant Access to Account Managers, enabling them to submit and manage orders on your behalf. They will be able to log in and access your account.
Additional Contacts- you can add another contact. They will receive the same email notifications you will receive.
Billing Details-Billing address information.
