General Information for Downloading Media Assets

You will sign into your account, click Listings, and then view and download your media once it is delivered.

Download media assets

After clicking on Listings, you will be directed to a new page. If you see the status marked as Delivered, this indicates that all media is complete and ready for download.

Next, click the downward arrow icon to download all the photos, floor plans, unbranded and branded property websites, or virtual tour links.

You will then be able to download the photos, floor plans, videos, and links to the property website or virtual tour.

Property website

You can view the property website by clicking the eye icon. This will direct you to the branded property website or the virtual tour link.

Then you will see the branded property website or virtual tour link.

Property Website Builder

To customize the property website or virtual tour, click the paper icon. Here, you can adjust the order and display names.

Once you click the paper icon, you will be taken to a page where you can make these changes. To arrange the sections in the desired order for display on the website, click the six dotted icons.

Also, you can click on each section to customize it with more detail. You can change the title.

Landing section

General Info-Tip: You also have the option of putting the full address on the Address Title and putting the price of the home on the Address subtitle area.

Image Slider: You can select up to 15 photos to display in the main slider or slide show of the property website.

Contact Info section

Tip: You can schedule appointments by clicking the Show Schedule Button.

There is a disclaimer stating that the time is not guaranteed and that the agent will reach out to confirm.

Adding new sections

You can add sections by clicking Add New Section, such as Open House information.
